1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the YosrAI Agent Hub ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Free Beta Period & Credits
During our public beta phase, users are granted "Welcome Credits" to freely explore and test available AI Agents. These credits hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged. We reserve the right to modify, distribute, or revoke promotional credits at any time without prior notice.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service or any Agents on the platform to:
- Generate offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, API security, or credit accounting systems.
- Reverse engineer or extract the internal prompts or logic of the provided Agents.
- Use the API to build a competing product or service.
4. API Keys and Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. Any actions taken using your API key will be attributed to your account. If you suspect a key has been compromised, you must revoke it immediately in your dashboard.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and all Agents are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability of the AI models or proxy services. AI-generated outputs are not guaranteed to be factually correct and should be verified for sensitive use cases.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall YosrAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service or reliance on any Agent outputs.
