Privacy Policy
Last Updated: 4/2/2026
1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide better services to all our users. This includes:
- Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication data provided during signup.
- Usage Data: We log requests made to our API Gateway, including the timestamp, target Agent, duration, and execution success status.
- Execution Payloads: Depending on the specific Agent's configuration and your account settings, the inputs and outputs (request/response payloads) may be temporarily stored to facilitate platform observability, rendering the smart previews, and debugging.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect from all of our services to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our Agent Hub proxy services.
- Calculate API credit usage and manage billing.
- Monitor the reliability and latency of upstream AI providers.
- Protect our platform and our users from abuse and bot traffic.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. When you execute an Agent, your input payload is securely transmitted to the designated upstream provider (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or internal n8n environments). By using the service, you consent to this data processing chain. We recommend against sending highly sensitive Personal Identifiable Information (PII) through generic beta agents.
4. Data Retention and Security
We implement strict access controls and encrypted object storage for any retained execution payloads. You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated usage logs at any time by contacting support.
5. Third-Party Authentication
If you choose to log in using a third-party service (e.g., Google or GitHub), we will receive your name and email from that provider. We do not receive or store your passwords for those services.
*Note: This is a placeholder privacy policy intended for the Public Beta phase. It will be expanded comprehensively prior to full commercial launch.*
